Description

This commercial-grade machine is specifically engineered for apparel and textile manufacturers to automate the precision cutting and folding of printed fabric care labels, satin ribbons, clothing tags, and nylon taffeta labels.

The unit features an integrated roll-feeding un-winder mandrel, a heavy-duty mechanical cutting and folding drive chassis, and an adjustable curved collection discharge chute for stacked labels.

The main control console tower offers precise digital management over production metrics and temperature staging, including an automated CGX Series digital batch counter, dynamic speed rotation settings, electronic eye tracking debugging switches, and multi-zone independent digital temperature controllers for hot-knife cutting or mold forming. This layout ensures crisp, uniform folds across large production volumes without fraying the raw fabric edges.
